I'm going to write a tune based on this poem that I wrote a few year ago.
Upon the Ocean Blue
I’ve seen the sky fall down
From the top of the ocean blue
As I looked in awe
Searching for you
I didn’t know then what I know now
That within the vastness of our lives
The ocean would lead me to you
And I thank God
For each and every moment
Every day and every month
The long years
The laughing sighs
The darkness that we face
In this journey that we have come to
I pray will clear
And again I will find you
The sky will fall down again and again
And the truth will find it’s way
